PS4 Bound by Flame Trailer HD
The combat system of Mars War Logs, the previous RPG made by Spiders Studio, seduced players with its dynamic and tactical approach. Bound by Flame goes even further, taking as a base this successful recipe, but offering a bigger selection of attacks and skills, more fluid and spectacular animations, and the use of Magic. All this contributes to making Bound by Flame's combat very impressive, but also resolutely tactical, as players face a huge, original bestiary filled with otherworldly creatures. This is being shown in today's video, in the thunderous clash of three warriors' twirling blades facing an outnumbering enemy and a seriously big surprise.
Bound by Flame will be released on PC, PlayStation®4, PlayStation® and Xbox 360® early 2014.
Batman Arkham Origins PhysX Demo
- Arkham Origins is using PhysX SDK 2.8.4, coupled with newest APEX 1.3.
- The game will be very heavy on Turbulence effects – all the interactive fog and steam, as seen in the video, is based on APEX Turbulence module. More common SPH particles, known from other PhysX games, will be not present in Arkham Origins.
- Dynamic snow is a complex simulation, that is using a set of vortex, attractors, jets, turbulence grids, and noise field samplers.
- The game will have certain amount of environmental cloth assets (paper, banners, etc), but no enhanced clothing on character.
- GPU Rigid bodies or APEX Destruction module will be not used in Batman.
Batman: Arkham Origins is scheduled for release on October 25, 2013.
Lily Bergamo PS4 Trailer
Grasshopper Manufacture and GungHo Online Entertainment have announced a new PS4-exclusive game called Lily Bergamo during Sony’s Japan conference. If you enjoyed games like Lollipop Chainsaw, Shadows of the Damned, and No More Heroes,
then you might be interested this game. It stars a female protagonist
with “supreme action” gameplay and will include smartphone integration.
Xbox One to Launch on November 22, 2013 in 13 Territories
This is a big week for
Xbox One! I am pleased to share a few exciting developments as we
continue our journey to deliver the best Xbox ever.
First, we hit an important milestone as we began full production of the Xbox One console recently. The culmination of many years of listening to you, our fans, developing innovative technology, and partnering with the best game and entertainment partners in the industry has brought us to this point. There is still a lot more work to do, but the teams are making excellent progress and are focused on launch.
Speaking of launch, we’re now in a position to share that Xbox One will be available on Nov. 22, 2013 in all 13 of our initial launch markets – Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, UK, and USA. Many more markets will follow in 2014.

It means that the Xbox One will have that much more power for developers to make their games and entertainment really shine. We’re going to keep bringing more value to the Xbox One as we head towards launch building on some of the advancements we have already shared such as the 40 plus improvements to the Xbox One controller, advancements to help you find the perfect opponent and make the most of our online community, to the power of the cloud.
And I have to mention the games - Xbox One is proving to be the best place for games, with our exclusive games winning over 100 awards at E3, driving pre-order increases of 200% in European markets after gamers first played our blockbuster line-up at gamescom, and blowing away thousands of fans at PAX PRIME this week-end. Only on Xbox One will you find exclusive blockbusters like "Halo," "Dead Rising 3," "Ryse: Son of Rome" and "Forza Motorsport 5"; new digital content from titles like "Call of Duty: Ghosts" and "Battlefield 4" coming to Xbox One first; and the "FIFA 14" Ultimate Team experience you won’t find anywhere else.
